The Good Nite Inn near Sea World is searching for a top performing Supervisor. This is the perfect opportunity to work

The supervisor is responsible for handling all internal and external guest issues, in the absence of the manager. This position will require coverage at the front desk, and acts as a liaison between the Maintenance, Housekeeping,
and Activities departments, and insures that all requests to these departments are fulfilled within a timely manner.
This position will insure that all functions at the front desk are completed with accuracy, and efficiency. The supervisor will also ensure that any major guest complaints or employee complaints are properly communicated, and
documented to the management staff.
Primary duties of this position will include inventory management, bank auditing, accounts receivable, executing training for line staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
This ideal candidate will be required to have flexible availability, but will be primarily working the morning shift. Weekend and holiday availability is a must.
*Previous Front Desk experience preferred (supervisory experience a plus)
*Commitment to serving as a key staff member in an expanding department/resort
*Proficient mathematical skills
*Proficient written and verbal communication skills
*Above average problem solving skills
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (must be able to create worksheets using formulas in Excel)
*Professional phone etiquette
*An outgoing, friendly personality
*Must have the ability to provide exceptional guest service
*Experience in diffusing volatile situations and providing acceptable solutions for all parties involved
*Must be able to maintain a team environment for subordinate staff
*Must be flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
